We experienced quite a few frustrations during our stay. Upon arrival, the check-in process felt overwhelmingly disorganized, which was surprising for a high-end hotel. Our room was comfortable, yet it lacked blackout curtains, leading to early wake-ups each morning. Additionally, we found the various noise levels from children in the garden to be quite disruptive, which affected the overall atmosphere we were hoping for.

The food was top-notch! We tried almost all the restaurants, and Dulan at the steak place was exceptional, very professional yet made us feel right at home. Also, the dune bashing was insane, never felt that thrill before and I have to admit it felt good to let loose with the family out there in the desert.

I had a wonderful time enjoying the sunset view from my balcony and relaxing with a full body massage at the spa. The outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind, and the food was fantastic. The only thing I'd mention is that there could be more activities to enjoy, but it didn’t take away from the experience. 😊
